I was just watching Hardball and was amazed that Obama is being put into this box of not connecting with the average "white guy".

I read this on Andrew Sullivan's blog just a little while ago, which mirrored my thoughts on the subject.

There have been several diaries about how Clinton's attitude from this point on will make a difference in how her supporters will embrace the candidate who was voted in to represent the Democratic Party.

Since when did dissenting opinions become a bad thing as long as it's done in a respectful manner?

I came across this interesting tidbit this morning and thought I'd share it with all of you.

We've been barraged by the claim that Obama doesn't have any foreign policy experience.

I'm a widow. I was widowed at the age of 46, which has made me rather strong.

I watched my husband of 24 years die before my eyes after his very long fight with cancer, which has made me rather sensitive to other people's pain and suffering.

I'm also a mother of six, which has made me rather pragmatic. Especially since five of the six are boys. :) (just kidding)
